Pick N Save - Eclips coupons
I Have spent hours trying to load coupons. I Called help and they were very unhelpful.
Why can't you create a user friendly system. Why can't the e-clips coupons be loaded automatically every week? I'm not buying the products because I can't load the coupons. I'm going to other stores.
Why not eliminate this process and just indicate the sale price in the paper. The help desk told me to have someone younger try. What an insult. Aren't other people having trouble loading these coupons?
Any help would be appreciated. Why do I need to use 100 words to describe my problem when it's not needed? How long will it take to get a response?
Just trying to get to 100 words which is also dumb. Hope this gets me to 100 words.

I agree 100%. I am 64 and feel I know a lot about computers and work with them daily but can't even find the screen to login into the screen to generate an account. Went to the store to get help and the customers sevice person was not helpful, Not users friendly at all.
