Disgusted with the treatment of a fellow employee by whom I can only surmise was her supervisor She was very demeaning, rude, and talked extremely harshly to the employee.
This incident happened over a month ago. I was so disgusted when I left the store, I seriously considered buying my groceries at Walmart.
The incident has remained with me, to the point of an obsession. Hopefully by sharing this, I will be able to move on and continue to shop at Pick -N-Save and not dread walking in the store. I felt so much compassion for that worker. She could not do anything even after a piece of paper was thrown in her face and she (the supervisor) was in her face like a sergeant would be in bootcamp!
In my mind, all she managed to do was make a fool of herself that was witnessed by several other customers. Are those the type of people you want to employ? To represent your company?
Sure hope not. I've never experienced anything like that and pray, I never do again!

Did not receive credit for digital coupon
clipped digital coupon for Kraft singles along with several other digital coupons. Unfortunately did not notice until I got home that I did not receive credit for $1.50 for my purchase.
Checking my digital coupons on the internet realized that my coupon was only good for pick up and delivery.
This digital coupon was mixed with other coupons and to me the small print in upper corner was not very visible and easy to miss. I plan to return the item that next time I go shopping but not sure if that will be possible.
Would recommend that when posting digital coupons on the website you separate pick up and delivery from instore digital coupons.

Worthless and rude management
Stopped in for a few items told cashier I forgot my id so if it was a big deal I dont need the wine even though we are in here every week he said it wouldnt be an issue. Called Robert over and I told him the same thing and he went on and on about why I have to make sure to bring my id.
Im not 12 i get it and thats why I said we could leave the wine. A good manager knows his customers. Weve been going here for 25 years.
Most times when I go here this guy is just standing around watching everyone else work even when its busy and theres no carts available. I think were gonna start shopping elsewhere

Preferred solution: Hire more help, pay them well and stop wasting money on spy equipment. Catching people shoplifting isn't going to solve the bigger problem
